At GoSUP we offer high quality SUP fitness classes and SUP lessons here in Cornwall, taking our SUPfit and SUP lessons in some of West Cornwall’s most stunning coastline, such as St Michael’s Mount, Marazion and other venues such as the iconic outdoor Lido Jubilee Pool, Penzance.
After training with some of the best SUPfit coaches in the UK, we developed unique and effective teaching methods, performed the right way will give you an effective and fun workout that mostly anyone can do. People with all body shapes, sizes and ages are engaging in standup paddle boarding as a fun fitness activity. As many people have heard, standup paddle boarding is hugely beneficial to your core. Our SUPfit classes add low impact exercises that combine balance, strength, and endurance. It’s not only an excellent core workout but also the legs, back, shoulders, arms and neck work together. All of our Instructors are BSUPA qualified.
A new and exciting way to workout on water, dynamic and effective classes on Stand Up Paddle Boards (SUP). Different exercises are performed on the board whilst floating on water, your balance will be challenged and fun guaranteed! The intensity of each exercise is increased, ensuring an effective workout with many health and fitness benefits.
