Introducing the 2025 Black Project x GBSUP National Series Scoring Model
We are excited to unveil the revamped scoring model for the 2025 Black Project x GBSUP National Series! This innovative approach is designed to enhance the competitive experience for all participants nationwide to ensure they can maximise their opportunity to score points across the series without missing out on key events and the respective scores.
Video Walkthrough
We have put together a video walkthrough to give you a comprehensive understanding of our event formats and scored races. This video will guide you through:

National Rankings and National Series Scoring
In the video, we mention that the National Rankings will reflect overall placings only. However, we are thrilled to announce that National Rankings will also be awarded to respective competitive age groups across the 14' Harboard and iSUP fleets! This change aims to recognise the achievements of all participants, regardless of age, and to foster a more inclusive competitive environment.
Eligibility and Scoring
The scoring model will focus on the Best 7 scored races throughout the season, allowing for flexibility and ensuring that participants can perform their best without the pressure of competing in every single event. This means that you can choose your top races and still be in the running for the National Series standings.
Check the eligibility criteria for fleets participating in the National Series Scoring to ensure that you are ready for the 2025 season!
We look forward to an exciting season ahead and can't wait to see you on the water! Stay tuned for more updates and details as we approach the start of the 2025 Black Project x GBSUP National Series with our first event kicking us off at Oxford on March 29th!
