The Celtic Cup is held over a weekend of full on action for multi-craft with the GBSUP National Series race being held on the SUNDAY.

PLEASE NOTE: A combined score from the 14km or 7km and the technical course will be needed for your placing in the Series and all those entering the 14km over the 7km course will be placed higher

The main racing fleet for all craft will take on the longer (14km) ‘outside’ course while less experienced paddlers stay within the more protected St.Ives bay (7km). Later on in the afternoon will see paddlers take on the technical discipline, approximately 2 -3km (15-20 minutes), starting with Juniors at 2pm followed by One Design, Challenge and hard board 12’6, Prone 12ft and 14ft boards and finally skis – all categories except Juniors will run with separate female and male divisions or staggered starts if insufficient numbers are present. (Distance and short technical race are both included in the ticket price)

Times for the technical event are provisional and are based upon numbers. Technical Racing will be over a double ‘M’ shaped course for all boards.
