We offer a fresh new experience that gives you the full body workout in exciting new surroundings whether on the lake, river or out in the ocean. WhatSUP? SUP – StandUp Paddle Using CaribeSUP Paddle Boards people with all body shapes, sizes and ages can enjoy paddle boarding as a fun fitness activity for a full body workout. SUPPing can be a low impact or high impact exercise depending on your intensity using a combination of balance, strength, core and endurance. With so many ways to paddle board from racing, surfing, yoga, touring and recreational, the choice on how hard you want to work is entirely yours. Paddle Boarding is an all-body workout which has more than just the physical rewards, it will also restore your balance and calm your spirit. At the end of the day getting out on the paddle board can be a walk in the park or a high intensity full body work out. Either way a day on the water paddle boarding beats the gym anytime! Why Yoga & Fitness on the water Doing Yoga & Fitness on the water brings a fun joyful freedom to an otherwise earth bound sometimes “too serious” practice. Practising Yoga & Fitness on a platform that is constantly moving, fires up your core muscles and strengthens muscles that aren’t used in every day life. You can feel the tiny muscles being activated when you practice on water, which you wont ever feel on land. Great Right? It is also fine and fun if you loose your balance and fall overboard. Falling is part of the experience and there is a freedom in fully embracing this, let go of your expectations and judgement, which is what Yoga is all about, getting out of the mind and into your heart. I find it a great metaphor for my life too. We can experience a fall, physically, mentally or emotionally and we get back up, smile laugh and try again. We specialise in return on investment workouts where you see maximum results by training efficiently. Our sessions will compliment an existing training schedule to enhance strength and performance in your chosen sport or simply improve everyday life. This is the perfect session for you. Get on board for more of the good stuff, creative flows & free styling. Its time to get our groove on. This session you can “Flow Your Own Way” if your feeling inspired, master that party trick and learn new techniques. £20 PowerSUP: 60 mins This is where we power it up. Bootcamp stylee. This session is designed to work every god damn awesome inch of that body of yours. Using HIIT techniques, power and resistance on land and out on the water. You’ll feel it. Love it or hate it you’ll be back again. You just smashed it!! Now treat your yummy self to the RelaxSUP £20 RelaxSUP: 60 mins Always on the go? Its time to slow things down, soothe your body, calm and still your mind in this gentle and peaceful session. Long holds will promote flexibility and increased range of motion. Long silences will create your moments of ease. You’ll float, glide or paddle your yummy self into an oasis of moving meditation. Using the calming water and the nature around you, we’ll work at connecting our breath, mind and body. £20 MiniSUP: A session for you and your MiniMe’s to be guided through SUP and SUP yoga together. Gaining confidence, having fun being in the great out doors. This session is designed for you to share your board, showing & teaching our little ones that its okay to be a bit of a dare devil, getting outside, doing something new and unique together 60mins £25 Sunrise Yoga Start your day with sun salutations and a creative yoga practice on land watching the sunrise through the mist on the lake. This session is designed to wake up your body and prepare you for the day ahead. £10 Paddle & Pint nights: Fridays nights are our social nights paddling down the Nottingham Canal stopping off for a pint on route 7-9pm £30 PUP on a SUP: Yes anytime you want to bring our pooch with you. Do it SUP on Tour: If its blue on google maps, we will paddle it. Adventure days, weekends and weeks out on the waterways of UK and Europe.
